Description
BauINGenieurCAD Reinforcement & Formwork provides the user with all the tools necessary for creating reinforcement and formwork plans on a daily basis. Areas of application: Building construction (residential, industrial), civil engineering (bridge construction, tank construction, tunnel construction, cable car construction), precast concrete elements. The application can be used either in the 2D area or in the 3D layout area. BauINGenieurCAD works on all BricsCAD platforms: Lite, PRO, BIM, Ultimate. The following reinforcement areas are offered: - REBAR - REINFORCEMENT MESH - SPECIAL TYPES such as bent-up bar connections, spacers, punching shear reinforcement are currently only stored in the database by Austrian and German providers. However, the user can expand this database at any time. Functionality: The software offers numerous customization options for text features, labeling options, etc., ensuring the familiar office standards and appearance of the plans. For rebar reinforcement, the user has access to not only standard bar shapes (stirrups, ties, straight bars, round bars, helical bars, etc.) but also the definition of any bending shape (even spatially curved). These rebar bars can then be represented in various ways in the component. Reinforcement macros assist the designer in quickly placing certain standard reinforcements (edge reinforcement, beam reinforcement, opening reinforcement, individual foundation reinforcement) with minimal user input. When laying reinforcement meshes, the user has a variety of options (single laying, row laying, area laying, plan laying, section laying, laying of curved meshes) to represent them in the component. The software automatically positions the reinforcement. Re-positioning after work progress or increasing dimension is also possible. The designer has functions such as copying, mirroring, and multiplying reinforcement. Of course, reinforcement can also be imported from and exported to other drawings. The software allows the user, or the entire office, to create a library of commonly used reinforcement and/or formwork. This reinforcement (formwork) can be easily inserted into the respective drawing and can be adapted with minimal effort using the editing tools of the BauINGenieurCAD software in case of deviations. A steel list can be generated on request on the plan or in an Excel spreadsheet. The option of transferring a *.ABS format file directly to rebar bending machines is available. Naturally, options such as locking the steel list, re-positioning after work progress, or increasing dimension are available during steel list generation. Furthermore, BauINGenieurCAD offers the possibility to automatically manage all steel sums for an entire construction project in an Excel file.
